Seven Hills Hotel - Special Category

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were amazing. We felt cared for and cared about. The location was also perfect, within a short walking distance to all the Old Town sights.

Our rooms were more than adequate, however, we were under the restaurant, so there was a lot of scraping of chair sounds coming from above us late into the night.

Even tho I liked everything, since the arrival the front desk guy was realllly nice , nice guys all the guys were very nice and helpful. They offer us to check in early and gave us coffee. Rooms are good, close to everything.

The manager ruin the whole review for this hotel. I giving him 1, not to the hotel the 1 is for his bad customer service. How a person can ruin a review because his doesn?t have customer service. He should not work in front desk and specially been a manag

Best location, very friendly staff

I wish the room has a reading lamp. Yes, people still read books.

Disappointed with house keeping. Some days we did not get the bathroom supplies. Looked like they went through everything. They threw away the hotel slippers I was wearing.

It was the staff for me from when I landed to getting a shuttle to the hotel. I forget the two gentlemen that evening at the hotel were amazing. From getting me set up properly to restaurant recommendations to walking me to a location, etc… just superb.

The location and views from the room were extraordinary. Staff was attentive, we felt welcomed here. Breakfast was impressive ?

Food and beverages at the restaurant might be on the more expensive side for Istanbul, however worth it for the view on the terrace

Very courteous staff at all levels of service. Very clean room. The food was delicious, fresh and abundant. I loved the hot tea offered when seating at the lobby. I would come back to this hotel.

I like that it is close to almost everything, the famous landmarks, the tram and locale restaurants.

May sound cringe but there is nothing not to love about the place. The staff are so professional and very accommodating to our requests.

This was my second time staying at the Seven Hills Hotel. I really like the location. The breakfasts were excellent and so was the food and the view from the rooftop restaurant.The staff is excellent and went way beyond the norm to accommodate us. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was sumptuous and the location was spot on at Sultanahmet. The staff especially Ozee was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely character hotel in great location immediately off the square adjacent the Hagia Sofia. Large rooms and beautiful bed, rooms beautifully clean. Our linen was sprayed with rose scent. Rooftop terrace gives amazing views, popular with guests and other tourists. Breakfast spread provided was more than generous, and more than we could eat!Staff including Osman, Fatima, Mural and Sunan went out of their way to do what they could for us.

The rooftop terrace is so popular that there is quite some congestion and waiting to get to that floor in the lifts. If you don’t like birds, the terrace could be confronting.

Location is excellent for the Old Town. The staff was wonderful always friendly and super helpful.

The King's Suite was great but needs a stand or shelf to place suitcases.

Room was great. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels. Good sized bathroom. Great views from rooftop! Excellent location…3 min walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and the M1 tram.

Internet was a nightmare. I frequently løst the internet connection although it usually worked again after manually logging on is was not possible working remotely from the hotel !

Location was perfect and close walking distance to most everything I wanted to see! Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Bathroom (shower specifically) was very small. I'm a tiny person and I could barely move around. I feel like the value wasn't worth what I paid. Found a place nearby almost same distance to the places I wanted to go, for much less nightly rate.

The breakfast area on the rooftop has amazing views. The hotel is well located.
